What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. No call no shows will automatically be charged 100% of service price. If Soleil Aesthetics is unable to charge the card on file, you will be blocked from online booking until the necessary fee is paid in full. However, we understand that life happens and will try our best to accommodate should an emergency arise. You will receive an appointment confirmation request 72 hours prior to your appointment + a reminder text and email 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. Thank you for your understanding!

What is your parking situation?

There is free street parking available along Tennyson street, or you can utilize the parking lot at Natural Grocers if your appointment time is less than one hour.

What precautions have been taken in response to COVID-19 ?

Our studio space is private and we currently only offer one on one services. We are following strict sanitation rules implemented by DORA. Face masks are optional for clients.
